Timothy M. Flaherty is the Owner/Director at Post House, a Columbus based production company.
Tim is an 8 time Emmy® Award Recipient director/editor and seven time nominee. He is also a three time Telly Award winner.
He began his career in broadcast television at WSYX/WTTE in Columbus while working towards his BA in Communication at The Ohio State University.
With humble beginnings, Tim quickly worked his way up to become the commercial producer and editor for ABC6/FOX28. From there he went across town as the creative director and lead editor for WCSN, The Columbus Sports Network.
When economic conditions forced the startup sports station off air, he began to freelance for televised sports and other live events. As an entrepreneur, he took his contacts and experience to begin focusing on his production company Post House.
Today Post House continues to grow while working with local, regional and national accounts providing high-end editorial, motion graphics and video production.
(Director of Marketing/Copywriter)
Kimberly is a 2 time Emmy® award winning writer and producer. She joined Post House in 2012 as the Director of Marketing, but she also does a substantial amount of writing & producing. Her flair for fashion, makeup, and design has landed her as a stylist on many national shoots.

Upon graduation Kim spent six years as the Director of Marketing for Germain Automotive Group where she oversaw all marketing efforts and was responsible for managing a multi-million dollar advertising budget for dealerships all across the U.S.
Because Kim previously sat on the “client” side of the desk overseeing everything from the media buy to the creative message to the invoicing, not only does she bring a vast amount of experience and expertise to oversee in house marketing efforts Post House, but she is also able to connect with Post House clients on another level to help bring them the highest level of attention to detail and service she expected when she was in the client position.
(Director of Business Development and Creative)
Rick is the Director of Business Development and Creative at Post House. That basically means he’s the one running around the country looking for fantastic client partners and awesome projects for Post House to engage.
Rick’s production and marketing roots are in broadcast television production, marketing and promotion – working at WLEX, WLWT and WCMH. From production assistant to creative director, he tirelessly worked his way up the television corporate ladder.
Once he had his fill of broadcast, Rick’s entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and he started greenHouse Media, which quickly became The PowerPlant Multimedia Studios. As owner/managing partner Rick oversaw all aspects of creative, project management and business development for clients like Monday Night Football, The Howard Stern Show, Digital Juice, Lebron James and The Cleveland Cavaliers among many others.
Prior to joining Post House, Rick was Director of Content & Creative at MediaSource and a very, very busy independent producer/director.
Rick is a 16 time Emmy Award Recipient and has several Telly’s, Promax Gold Medallions and other pretty statues on his shelf.
(Director of Photography)
John joined Post House in 2012. He is a 3 time Emmy® Award Recipient.
John holds an AS in Film from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. After graduation, John set out to LA working in reality television on Dr. 90210, How Do I Look? and Fashion Police as a PA and Camera Assistant. Returning to his hometown of Columbus, OH in 2007 John began working at the local ABC & FOX affiliate WSYX/WTTE in the production department before being promoted to News Photographer in 2008.
Scott is the Project Manager/Producer at Post House. He loves being a visual storyteller, but also has been blessed with being very organized (which is why he’s in charge of the PH calendar). As the Project Manager, he’s the guy that keeps asking the team if a project is done yet (just kidding, kind of). What it really means is, he helps keep the team on-time and on-budget for its clients. When he’s working on a project as a producer, he also hates it when the Project Manager keeps asking if the video is done yet.
Scott has worked in nearly every role at one time or another in production and post-production. Starting out as an intern who was happy to grab coffee and take lunch orders (as long as he could watch the process take place), to editor and producer, to business owner, to eventually landing at Post House as the Project Manager. In that time he tossed a basketball with LeBron James, got swing tips from Tiger Woods, helped models walk the catwalk and worked with some of the top CEO’s in the country.
Outside of work, Scott can usually be found in the downtown area at local bars/restaurants, small concert venues, Blue Jacket and other sporting events, and occasionally on stage singing in a band.
Scott is a 5 time Emmy Award Recipient Producer/Editor as well as a National Silver Telly winner, and his Mom thinks he’s pretty special too.
Angela, a Buffalo, NY native, is a recent graduate of Ohio University where she earned her BS in Communication with a Spanish minor.
During her time at OU, she pursued her passion in editing and worked on numerous projects within the university, where she became skilled in thinking ahead to the editing chair in order to make productions flow smoothly.
Angela developed a great excitement for editing smaller TV and radio spots during her summer internship with dPost, a post production house in Buffalo. It was from there she found her way to Post House, where she is sharpening her editing and post production skills.
During her free time, Angela loves to jam out on her ukulele and look at majestic pictures of elephants.
(Production Specialist/Media Manager)
Andrew is a Cincinnati native, but moved to Columbus in 2009 to obtain his degree from The Ohio State University.
In 2012 Andrew became the first Post House intern allowing him to learn while also earning college course credit. After graduation he joined the production department at WSYX/WTTE. While working in news, he also maintained a solid freelance career.
Andrew officially joined the Post House team in 2014 and is responsible for managing an abundance of media as well as assisting on set during productions.
And yes, Andrew and John are related. They're cousins… or brothers… or something like that.
