Timothy M. Flaherty

(Owner/Director)

Timothy M. Flaherty is the owner/producer/director/editor at Post House, a Columbus based production company.  Timothy is an Emmy® award winning director/editor and seven time nominee. He is also a three time Telly Award winner.

Timothy began his career in broadcast television at WSYX/WTTE in Columbus while working towards his BA in Communication at The Ohio State University.

With humble beginnings, Timothy quickly worked his way up to become the commercial producer and editor for ABC6/FOX28.  From there he went across town as the creative director and lead editor for WCSN, The Columbus Sports Network.

When economic conditions forced the startup sports station off air, Tim began to freelance for televised sports and other live events.  As an entrepreneur, he took his contacts and experience to begin focusing on his production company Post House.

Today Post House continues to grow as they are working with local, regional and national accounts providing high-end editorial, motion graphics and video production.  Tim’s main focus is storytelling across traditional and new media platforms while providing compelling creative and attention to detail.

Timothy currently resides in Gahanna, Ohio with his wife Kimberly and daughters Isabelle and Avery.

 

Justin Dabney

(Director of Photography)

Justin came onboard at Post House in 2007. He is a 4 time Emmy® and Telly winner. 

Justin started in TV/Film in 2001 at WMFD in Mansfield, OH. Bringing his talents from in theatre and lighting, Justin quickly became a top photographer at WMFD, also becoming a local celebrity on his hit television show “Bon Appetite”.

Justin next headed to WSYX/WTTE in Columbus, OH as a news photographer. The fast paced news life helped Justin hone his editing skills as well as meeting deadlines under pressure. He has extensive freelance credits like The Columbus Blue Jackets, CBS, Fox Sports Ohio, The Columbus Crew, The Columbus Clippers, and the Big Ten Network.

Justin lives in Delaware with wife Krissy, and 3 daughters Madelyn, Natalie, and Kaylee.  

 

John Massarella

John began his career at Post House as a freelance camera assistant in 2011, joining the team officially in 2012 as media manager and associate producer.

John holds an AS in Film from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. After graduation, John set out to Los Angeles, CA working in reality television on “Dr. 90210″, “How Do I Look?”,  and “Fashion Police” as a PA and camera assistant. Returning to his hometown of Columbus, OH in 2007, John began working at ABC & FOX affiliate WSYX/WTTE in the production department before being promoted to news photographer in 2008. 

John resides in Reynoldsburg with wife Cortney and puppy Poncho.

 

Kimberly Flaherty

(Producer/ Copywriter)

Kimberly joined Post House in 2012 after spending six years as the Director of Marketing for Germain Motor Company, one of the nation’s largest automotive groups. 

As Director of Marketing Kimberly oversaw all marketing efforts and was responsible for a multi-million dollar advertising budget for dealerships in Columbus, Ohio; Sarasota, Florida; Naples, Florida and Avondale, Arizona.

Kimberly’s specialties include producing, copywriting, branding, media buying and public relations.

Kimberly is a graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass and Interactive Communications, cum laude.

Kim resides in Gahanna, Ohio with her husband Timothy and daughters Isabelle and Avery.
