It was a gathering of creative and talented professionals from all disciplines in the television industry at the 49th Annual Ohio Valley Regional EMMY® Awards held Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the Hilton Netherlands Plaza in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Post House was well represented throughout the evening with 4 EMMY® nominations and 4 EMMY® Awards for its short film Changing Reels.
Timothy M. Flaherty, John Massarella and Justin Dabney were all nominated for the film under the category Short Form Program. Timothy M. Flaherty was nominated for the film again in the category of Director Post Production and recieved his second EMMY® of the night. John Massarella and Justin Dabney also scored their second awards of the night, John for Photographer and Justin for Audio.
Rick Green’s work with DMN Network’s Tyler’s Light – Speak Up, Save a Life was also nominated and awarded an EMMY® in the Informational/Instructional Program category. This award marked Rick’s 14th career EMMY® win.
The Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences is a professional organization dedicated to the advancement of the arts and sciences of television and related media and to the promotion of creative leadership for artistic, educational and technical achievements within the television industry. As one of nineteen regional chapters, they are the standard-bearers for excellence in the television broadcast industry and the gatekeepers of the prestigious EMMY® Award.
