Timothy M. Flaherty, a 10 time EMMY recipient, leads the Post House Creative team as Owner, Director, and head Star Wars aficionado. He got his start in the production biz at the tender age of 8 when he shot his first short film (a backyard action adventure featuring firecrackers and model cars) on VHS. These days Tim is busy running the growing business at Post House and focusing on the vision of where PH is going and how how it's going to get there. As the lead creative / director he is also highly influential on many regional and national campaigns. He also works very hard to cultivate a unique creative culture and work environment for the team members at Post House Creative so everyone can enjoy their time at the shop.
Rick is the Director of Business Development and Creative at Post House Creative. We would have him tell you his bio, but you probably don’t have enough time. So to sum it up, he’s the one running around the country looking for fantastic client partners and awesome projects for Post House Creative to engage. With over 20 years industry experience he has received 16 Emmy awards along with many other pretty statues. And if there’s one thing you really need to know about Rick, it’s that he fancies himself a ballsman. So if you’re brave enough to challenge him to a game of ping pong, just understand you will not be victorious.
Scott is the Director of Operations and Senior Producer at Post House Creative. Did you hear that? That’s the sound of his fingers snapping. After all, he is responsible for keeping the team on time and on budget. He also has a mug sitting on his desk that says, “Get sh$$ done” and believe us he means it. All kidding aside, he truly enjoys visual storytelling and unlike some creatives he has also been blessed with the gift of organization. Scott is also a highly talented producer and editor and has received 5 Emmy awards and a national Silver Telly. I’m sure he would also want to mention that his mom thinks he’s pretty special too.
“Hey guys, it’s me John, your friend from work!” John is the Director of Photography at Post House Creative. So essentially he is responsible for capturing beautiful imagery. I guess you could call him the Director of Pretty Pictures. He has worked in both LA and New York (right John?) and brings a vast amount of experience and talent to every shoot. As a 4 time Emmy Award recipient he is not only extremely talented with the camera, but he’s also a blast to work with and an all around good guy. Besides, who couldn’t like a guy with a tiny Chihuahua? Ask him about Poncho sometime and he’ll tell you how much he loves that little guy.
Andrew is a producer at Post House Creative. This means he oversees various projects, big and small, and specializes in automotive and industrial content. Before joining the PHC team in 2014, Andrew spent time in the news and freelancing worlds, developing skills both on and off sets. When he's not jamming to the Beatles or watching Jeopardy, Andrew can be found in a movie theater or rooting on the Buckeyes. And yes, he and John are related. But don't ask us how. We're still not sure.
Tony is the Junior Motion Designer/Editor at Post House Creative. Whether it’s frying an egg for breakfast or directing a short film, Tony is passionate about everything he does. An adaptive learner, he conquers any task laid out before him. When the opportunity to lead rises, especially in a stressful situation, he is eager to step up. Saturated with creativity, striving for perfection, with an inherent need to produce quality work; he forges through whatever Murphy’s Law throws his way.
Lindsey is the regional account manager at Post House Creative. She is the kind of gregarious people person who can talk to just about anybody, and probably end up being in their wedding a couple months later. (editor's note: this is true, she has been in 9). She's sharp, likeable and a lot of fun - and with almost ten years experience in account management and business development, Lindsey will join our bizdev team in developing relationships with (even more) awesome clients for PHC. When she's not doing that, you can find her running around Columbus, training for her third marathon - with her pretty cute dog, Milo.
Joe is the senior producer/motion graphics designer at PHC. He's a video content creator with over twenty years experience ranging from advertising agencies to production companies to broadcast television stations and networks. He has worked with clients large and small to create original programming, commercials, documentaries, branded-content, corporate communications, live events, and everything in between. Joe and his wife have 3 kids and 2 bulldogs (an English name Anne-Chovie and a Frenchie named Pickles). He loves all things Star Wars.
Kirk is an editor/associate producer at PHC. He is an Emmy award winning documentary filmmaker from Michigan (yes, Michigan – ask him to point at his hand and talk about how great it is there). He has traveled the world making documentaries about climate change, organ trafficking, rural subsistence agriculture, the effects of sugar cane juice distillation on rural beekeeping, the informal sector of urban wholesale legume markets in greater Lilongwe, and other extremely specific things. There is no question his pup is cuter than yours. Kirk enjoys slow-cooked onions, learning about new music, biology, and connecting people with other people.
